The hotel room was clean and fresh with a great bathroom and shower. I loved the pleasant view of the garden from the window. It was a very quiet location, perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel also offered free bread with three interesting dips and generous portion sizes.
The key system was a bit of a hassle and took a few tries to learn. the restaurant was a bit pricey for the quality of food and some staff members could benefit from additional training.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the choice of foods at breakfast was excellent. Would definately stay there again.

Familly owned hotel with very friendly staff. Good restaurant with specialities from the Schüttdorf area.

The bathroom and shower were great. We enjoyed the pleasant view over the garden from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and served fast, even during the busy midday buffet.
The key was a bit of a challenge to use, but the staff were willing to help. One member of the restaurant staff was not up to standard and could use more training.

Spa facilities, staff friendliness, breakfast
Bed was very unconfortable...soft and rickety and noisy. Also there are no oblique curtains meaning that you are woken up at sunrise.

The restaurant location was decent with a quiet area. the rooms had a good size with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing instructions for the confusing key system. Breakfast was satisfactory with normal offerings. An advantage was the availability of plenty of parking spaces.
The restaurant had some issues with some waiters being unprofessional and slow. the food was pricey for the quality served.
